Termination by Either Party: Both you and Monolytics reserve the right to terminate this Agreement at any time, for any reason, in whole or in part. Should you choose to terminate, you are required to settle any fees accrued prior to the date of termination.
Process for Termination: You may terminate this Agreement directly through your account settings on your service dashboard by following the specified instructions to cancel your account. If you are subscribed to an additional service plan, termination requires written notice to be sent to max@monolytics.com.
Effects of Termination: Upon termination, all licenses and rights granted to you under this Agreement will cease immediately. This includes the cessation of any new data collection from your website. The termination of this Agreement, any licenses, or your access to the Service, does not prevent Monolytics from seeking other legal remedies, including but not limited to injunctive relief.
Monolytics' Right to Terminate: Monolytics may terminate, suspend, or restrict your access to the Service, permanently or temporarily, with reasonable prior written notice, if it is determined that you have violated or are likely to violate this Agreement, including non-payment of fees.
Post-Termination Obligations: Upon termination, you are required to remove all Monolytics scripts and materials from your website within thirty (30) days.
This clause ensures that both parties understand their rights and responsibilities regarding the termination of services, promoting a clear and orderly conclusion of the agreement.
