Monolytics pricing

The Free plan costs $0 and includes 25,000 tracked visitor sessions / month, 60 Assistant questions per month and 10 per day for each domain. Record Campaigns and Website Surveys are included under their collection terms.

Assistant is available on the Free, Growth, and Pro plans. Account Owners and Editors can ask questions; Viewers can review conversations but cannot submit questions.

Free includes 60 Assistant questions per UTC calendar month and 10 per UTC day. Growth and Pro each include 500 per month and 50 per day, shared by the account for each domain.

Assistant question allowances are shared by the account for each domain and reset at UTC calendar month and day boundaries. A question counts when the Assistant delivers a measured or documented answer. Failed or undelivered requests return their reserved question. Service safeguards also apply.

Record Campaigns are included in Free, Growth, and Pro, with no separate plan limit on the number of campaigns. Each campaign sets its own analyzed-record collection cap. Collection depends on available tracked visitor sessions, campaign targeting and processing; retention, privacy and data-rights obligations still apply.

Each campaign’s collection cap is 1–5,000 analyzed records / campaign. This cap counts analyzed records and is separate from the plan’s monthly tracked visitor session allowance.

Growth is $89 per month and includes 100,000 tracked visitor sessions / month. Choose it when the account needs a higher monthly allowance than Free.

Unlimited Survey campaigns. No separate per-response fees.

Plans do not impose a separate Survey-campaign count or per-response fee. Each survey must set a collection cap between 1 and 99,999 respondents. A respondent is a distinct tracked browser visitor who answers at least one question in that survey; answering more questions does not increase their count. This is not a unique-person count across browsers or devices. Surveys with counts stored before respondent counting keep those counts as their starting point. Collection still depends on available tracked visitor sessions. Plan terms, fair use, retention, privacy, lawful-basis, consent, disclosure, and data-rights obligations continue to apply.

Yes. You can use Google Tag Manager, install the tracking snippet directly, or use the WordPress plugin when the site runs on WordPress.

A tracked visitor session is registered by the Monolytics tracker and counted toward the account's monthly usage. It is not a unique visitor and is distinct from the number of stored replays or sessions available for behavioral analysis, which can be lower.

For needs beyond Pro or account-specific requirements, contact Monolytics. Monthly tracked visitor session volume, retention, domains, AI usage, support, and commercial terms are agreed for the account; there is no fixed public price or tracked visitor session limit.
